Business Directory Subscription Policy
By submitting your subscription, you certify that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that at least 51% of the business, church, or non-profit is Black or African American-owned.
By enrolling in the Umoja Village Business Directory, you agree to an annual subscription based on the listing level selected. Subscription fees are billed once per year and provide directory placement and promotional benefits for a 12-month period.
Automatic Renewal:
Your subscription will automatically renew annually on your renewal date using the payment method provided at registration unless canceled prior to renewal.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid future charges. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription term, and no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription period.
Listing Information:
Subscribers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date business information. Umoja Village reserves the right to review, edit, or remove content that is inaccurate, inappropriate, or inconsistent with its mission and community standards.
Subscription Benefits:
Directory benefits and promotional opportunities vary by listing level and depend on the selected Bronze, Silver, or Gold package. By completing your registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this subscription policy.
