The City of Aiken by DAP Award Recipient with financial assistance from the South Carolina Housing Trust Fund has been awarded a grant not to exceed $848,877.00 to assist “low-income homeowners” with financial assistance for the rehabilitation/repair of homes damaged from Hurricane Helene.
