UMOJA VILLAGE UPDATE, because YOU are UMOJA!

January 21, 2024

1. The annual free MLK Program presented by Aiken Technical College and USC Aiken takes place this Sunday, Jan. 21st, USCA Convocation Center. Events starts with service fair at 2:30 p.m. and the program portion at 3 p.m.  Open to the public.

2. The City of Aiken will hold a public hearing on Thursday, Jan. 25th, 5:30 p.m., at the Lessie Price Center to get your feedback on how to use the city's Community Development Block Grant dollars.  We surprised the county with better attendance than ever before. So, let's do the same with the City.
